Hydrocotyle Leucocephala it is.

You can try and grow it along the ground. I have and it looks real good growing in and around crypts. You have to keep trimming it down though because it does want to grow up. Here is a photo from my tank.

I love that plant. Let it float near the top when you're on vacation and you'll come back to a practically solid mat of this stuff (like I did recently). It is one of the fastest growing plants I have ever seen!

Hardy too. I had a heater go postal and cook everything I had in a tank, this was one of the few things that survived.
