I have a Pearmaseal that I've been using for a while. While swapping tanks out, I noticed a lot of play between the outer ring and the gasket/o-ring.

This CO2 tank ran out much faster than previous tanks (Shame on me, I never bother to check for leaks when I hooked it back up).

Is it worth replacing the o-ring or should I just purchase a new Permaseal?

Thanks,

Lamar

That is from over tightening. I did the same thing and had to get a new one.
A footnote-some regs. or reg. stems have a groove that accepts that same size o'ring.
