I really want a tank with shell dwellers. I need to buy a tank and substrate. My cousin is going to provide me with a light and a good filter. So what do you guys have in mind?

Please post maybe a list of what i should buy and maybe a price, although the price is not necessary. My budget is about $70 - $100. Thanks in advance guys!

Also I am very interested in having plants in it!

After looking at Shell Dwellers im starting to second guess my want for them. I want a very vibrant and planted tank! So thanks for the help though!
