Bulbs and pipettes:

http://www.google.com/products?clie...esult_group&ct=title&resnum=4&ved=0CCcQrQQwAw

Any bottle will do for the main.

Simple:

Then the basic tropica self filling bottles, 500mls, has a measured chamber, (up to 30mls per fill).

Here's a 10 mls, you heard it from the Horse's mouth:

For dry powders using 1, 1/2 or 1/4 teaspoon volumes of KNO3 etc:

10$ at Walmart.

I think this is more what you are looking for , but these tend to all pump 1 oz, or 29.6 mls per pump. The other smaller versions tend to pump 1 ml.

Why not simply make the solution more dilute and use 1 Gal jug and then use the 29mls?

Easier/cheaper or use the Tropica bottle fill chamber on the bottle(also about 30mls, but 15 or less mls can be used).
