Is it possible to have a pair of bolivian rams, house with serpa, bloodfins, cardinals, neon, common pleco and an angelfish in a 30 gallon tank????

I would not do the pleco or the angel. The rams will breed and will try to protect the babies... many a pleco have been blinded while trying to raid eggs

^ ditto on that. no pleco. some otto catfish and corys would be nice instead. I'd also suggest one schooling fish, i.e. one tetra out of your long list instead of a few of each.

A nice list would be something like:
2x Bolivian Rams
10-15x neons
4 otto cats.
6 corys

No they are not "nice" any Cichlid isn't "nice." That said they arent to crazy. I'd give it a shot, depends on how attached you are to the other fish.
