I have been on a search for Bolivian Rams in the southern California area and I have had absolutely no luck. It seems like every store I have called or went to has been sold out of them. Has anyone seem them in stock at any LFS recently?

I live in Riverside, but I am always looking for an excuse to leave (especially in the summer haha), so if anyone has any recommendations for locations in Los Angeles or San Diego, I would be willing to go that far.

Liveaquaria.com also has them in stock, but I figured I would ask on here before I went that route and shelled out the $40+ in shipping costs. They also cannot sex the fish beforehand, so I was hoping to find a pair at a LFS.

Are there any online vendors that sell pairs of Bolivian Rams?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks :)

Hi Becca,

Go over to aquabid.com and find a seller named Aero. Ask if he has any. He knows TONS about fish and is breeding better quality than what you find in LFS (yay). I bought rams and dwarf plecos from him. He gave free shipping and included extra fish. It was my first time buying fish online and I lost NONE.

Hi. Should have posted this in the California section. I was over at the Reef in Anaheim and they have a full tank of Bolivian rams if you haven't bought some already.
