Given the 3 choices, do they all eat the same type of algae?

From what I've read, BN is one of best plecos for algae, otto's are also great, but it takes quite a few of them to really do much.

albino bushy nose and you are done.... I have one of them taking care of a 180 cichlid tank and it is spotless...

I am just thinking a lot of people are asking about hair algae or BBA, and I am wondering if the SAE eats that type of algae also, never had any, but I am familiar with the BNs and Oto's (Oto's will not go for the beard/hair algae), I have seen BN's eat some, but what about SAE?

A few years ago had a major HA problem. Couldn't see the anubias leaves Got 3 small SAE's. They went to town on it. Not a problem since then. (learned more since then too which has helped overall with nuisance algae).

But to answer your question, yes, SAE eat HA.

Friends have been asking, what they should get.
Real SEA not easy to find.
