So I picked up 4 baby blue berry shrimp and they are still very small. Maybe around 1/4 inch. I have some cory cats that are around 3 inches.

Do you think they will be fine together?

Most likely the cats will frighten them, and they might accidentally snuffle up a shrimp. I'd suggest putting the shrimp into some sort of fry box until you can grow them out a bit more, maybe with some moss.
