The translator doesn't translate very well, so it's hard to know what was really said about the fish.

Is this a new fish species or is it just an odd cardinal tetra (I see cardinals in the background)?



Any idea what this fish is called in the picture I attached (from your linked articles)?
Any scientific names given for either fish?
