A few of my fish are bloated. Do I just let it run it's course or is there something I can do?

What kind of fish? Did you overfeed? Or do you think it might be worms? If its duebto overfeeding you can use Epsom salt to help them pass it.

Are they pineconed? I'd remove them to a quarantine tank asap until you can figure out what's going on, and keep a close eye on the rest.
