Saw this stuff recently at Petco for pretty cheap... Looks pretty nice to use possibly in an Aquascape. Anyone ever tried it before?

Black lava is aquarium safe. I have not used it, but lava gets so hot that any minerals in it are locked up pretty well, cannot dissolve in water. You can also get it at rock yards, landscape stores, masonry yards and similar stores.

I have it now in my betta tank. Works well and great rock for rooting plants due to the rough surface.
