i am gonna convert my Biocube 29 gallon into a planted tank

so the only question thats bothering me is

the stocklights are powercompact bulbs 36w each so would it be sufficient for plants if i go with 2x 10k 36watt bulbs ??

Try to find a 6500k bulb if you can. 10,000k will grow plants but not nearly as well as 6500k. I used to run straight 10,000k in my biocube & always got algae. Switching to 6500k made a big difference or if you don't like the look you could do one 6500k & one 10,000k

Stock Coralife Stock 36w 10000K + Stock 36w Actinic Blue- Steady State PAR - 78 @ 12 in

You could run your Biocube with the 10,000K bulb and add a 6,500K and probably get 100+ PAR, since the testing was done with the Actinic bulb which does not add too much to the par value. You would be looking at Med to lower end of High light. so I'd recommend C02 plus fertz and a good substrate so you'd have lush growth.
