Better Light for a 1 gallon?

What are you planning to keep? The 50/50 9w light gives you 50% usable light so 4.5w. If you had to choose between the two, pick the 7w.

If you had a choice, go with an AHSupply 1x13w or 2x13w retrofit.

Just some easy plants, some swords and ferns. I was wondering if any of that actinic was usable at all. I have both lights sitting here so I guess I'll stick with the 7w. Thanks!
