Soo I am having a bit of trouble scaping my 33 gallon long planted tank.. it has a footprint of 48" like a 55g, but its just shallow...

What kinda scapes are good/looks best for tanks like this? iwagumi?

any help is appreciated since I will be rescaping my entire tank soon... ty

Yup, iwagumi would be good.

Think valley rather than island, you get to make two nice plant/rock/wood groupings, one on either side of the tank with a river of sand/gravel/plants traveling between them.

Or the other way some of these long low tanks are being scaped this days, a range of 'mountains' made of dramatic vertical stones placed along the rear of the tank with low growing stuff in front.
