What is the best brand of the red substrate stuff? I want my tank to look natural like a river would. Any ideas on specific brand?

Preferably something cheapish, I need to fill a 34 gallon with like 3" or so.

Hi GuppyGuppyGuppyGuppyGuppy,

Turface Pro League Red, Heritage Red, Brown

Moltan Safe-T-Sorb #7941

All of the above are Montmorillonite clay products with high cation exchange capacity (CEC) which basically means they can absorb nutrients from the water column and make them available to the plants in the root zone.
