There are various commercially available brands such as Milwaukee, Aquatek, Azoo, etc.
There are various opinions regarding these products, so it is best if you do a little search regarding them.
Green Leaf Aquariums (GLA) has some regulator setups as well. These are generally more expensive than the aforementioned companies due to the difference in part quality.
Finally, the third (and personally recommended) option is to buy all the parts yourself and assemble them. This can be the cheapest method, especially if you are patient and wait on eBay for the best deals to come along.
For more information regarding pressurized CO2 setups, take a look at the article that I wrote (linked in my signature).
Check out this thread http://www.plantedtank.net/forums/showthread.php?t=199951 Basically, if you've got the time and patience and know how, you can build your own regulator and it will be the one you want. If not, there are other brands of regulators (Milwaukee, Azoo, Victor, Cornelius, etc)
