Anyone have experience with LED off-the-shelf bulbs and plant growth? If so, which bulb and where purchased?

Your gonna have to do some research on LEDs before asking for advice. There are way too many aspects of LEDs that are different than say a cfl. It would take thousands of the off the shelf lights to give your plants enough wattage to sustain themselves.
