I know this used to be a topic a while back, but I would appreciate your insight. I am not looking to create a reactor, this is for a 300 litter tank, for the rest of us an 80 gallon tank.
I am trying to find out what is the best PSI (not volume) to most efficiently run a glass diffuser as in the pictures below.

Generally around 35psi.
Note some disks need a pre-soak before using..

You could use the Milwaukee way of figuring out the sweet spot.
Generally open the metering valve full and slowly (and w/ a lag) increase pressure until you get bubbles, then decrease needle.
Not often done this way..
