best bet for healthy fish, premium aquatics or petco Christiana?

I've been to premium aquatics in Newark a couple times and they have a pretty good and healthy selection of fish IMO

Stopped by there today, still a lot of tanks but looks like they reduced a bit.
Fish seemed to be in good shape, but it looks they have started carrying shrimp - OMG THE CARNAGE! Tanks were labled Amano, CRS, rcs, orange, yellow, ghost. CRS were over $6. What was in these tanks? Bodies and parts of bodies everywhere, a few orange on the filter sponge, an Amano that didn't look very long for this world picking over the body of a CRS.
Frightening - and I called first to ask if they had shrimp, yeah come on down!

Just wanted to update. I recently found a store in Wilmington (on Kirkwood Highway). Its a small store but they have a decent variety of mostly freshwater species, not many plants. And prices were decent. I had been looking for GBRs and no LFS had them, until I found these guys. Names "Aquarium Concepts"
