BBA - Low light tank

Hey guys.. new around here and I'm looking for some help.

I've read a bunch of stuff on BBA on the forum and I think I need a little more guidance because it would seem everyone around here has a moderate to high light tank.

I'm running a 21g tank with about 1.4wpg (low light) I have a DIY yeast Co2 running with a bubble ladder in the tank. I have a HUGE amount of BBA in the tank that I can't get rid of no matter how steady I try and keep my Co2 levels. I change the bottle every 2 weeks and do weekly water changes of 10% - 20%.

awhile back I broke my tank down, took out the gravel and replaced it with flourite, boiled my rocks (which were covered with BBA) and added a new piece of driftwood. Purchased new plants and set the tank up again. within weeks the bba was back. (the rocks are still clear of the bba so the boiling worked) my new driftwood is almost covered with it and the leaves on my stem plants are also covered. I have 2 swords which are not affected and some dwarf sag that also appears to be clear.

Any removal ideas?

'Florish Excel' by seachem killed my bba.. dosing at the normal recommended level verse overdosing like is so popular here, just took a couple of weeks verse overnight.. but beware, certain plant types will die from it.... hornwort is the one I killed.. bad juju and needles all over the place..

Do a search for it and you can read to your hearts content.
