Notice the line across the eye. Kajol in Bengali or Hindi means eyeliner. Also females are much more pale and slight pink in colors strips are not a vibrant as seen here.

Grah, they are slightly larger than Dario dario. Pictures is the largest of the 3 I purchased, about 1". The smallest is almost half the size.
