I am in the process of rescaping my 55g tank, and I am in need of some suggestions for a background plant. I have some others picked out, but still need something to 'complement'.

Tank Specs:

55g with MGOCPM substrate, black sand cap
Pressurized CO2
Lighting: 48" FugeRay II

Water Specs:

PH: 7.2
KH: 4
GH: 6
Nitrates: 10-15ppm

What I am "looking" for is something that is dark green (almost anubias like), medium to broad leaf structure, alternate or opposite leaf arrangement.

I do not like the looks of Vallisneria sp. or similar.

So....hit me up with some ideas...from creative to common. I have reached a roadblock with my creativity, so I am looking to you guys to help revive it!

P.S. - Only attach pics if you like, I am more than happy to google any on my own that I do not know!

Carpe Diem
