Who are they? I thought they were golden Poso Rabbit snails, but since the chocolates look just like their parents, come out bigger and grow faster, I'm thinking now they aren't.

Baby rabbit snails come out just like their parent and about 1/3" long, you will know for you. The ones on glads don't look like rabbit snails to me.

No, as Randyl said, baby Tylomelanias show the exact same colors than the adults.
For Tylomelania poso, baby snails areorange with a black shell.

Perhaps somme physa babies?

looks to me almost like assassin snail..

That would make sense since I had adults in another tank. Are they super slow growing? I've had some this size for 6 months it seems.

Assassins are fairly slow growers. The 2 on the left look almost like bladder/pond snails.
