Was doing a water change today, and I think the water was a tad colder than I thought. At one point some was poured right into the dense moss in front when the whole thing exploded with babies! I was wondering why my daily counts had gone way down! There were like 40 in there!

It was a very unexpected hut beautiful moment. I watched to make sure that they weren't in shock. They all started grabbing for bits of moss and started looking for food lol.

Dumping colder water than your tank water on your shrimp cause them to go into a frenzy. Keep an eye on them for couple days they should molt if your water was colder than your tank water.

Thanks daboss, the water was indeed a bit colder. I was worried I might have shocked them, but so far everyone seems fine.
