I have experienced almost every problem with this user. I wanted to warn anyone who might potentially be thinking about buying from this user. And yes I have exhausted any and all options. Original item purchased was 10 green shrimp. First problem was that the seller sent an email stating the item was shipped the day of the email, priority. After the fourth day of waiting, I tried to email the seller. 3 emails later and a total of 9 days waiting the package arrives. 2 shrimp were still alive. The rest of the bag was full of tiny shrimp pieces and foul hot water. The auction had a live arrival guarantee, so I contacted the seller. We argued back and forth, he wanted a picture of the dead shrimp when there was nothing to take a picture of. Eventually he said he would replace them if I paid shipping again. I did hoping that he would make good on his sale. That was on 6-22-2006. I didnt hear anything else on it for weeks, so I filled a dispute through paypal. That didnt work as they do not cover live items for refunds. So, I tried emailing him one more time, and left some nice negative feedback on his aquabid account. I got 3 emails right after another. First one stating he would refund the 2nd shipping charge and 1/2 of the original auction. The second one he actually told me to go play with myself. The 3rd stating he was only refunding my 2nd shipping charge of $8.60. He then left negative feedback on me which was a total lie.

Sorry for such a long post. I have never experienced anything like this before with any purchase. Anyone who has ever dealt with me knows I pay very quickly and am very understanding. I just felt like I should pass this along as this is my only recourse for people not to go through what I did.

A wall of Shame can be a two sided sword. 1: It can help others to not get taken 2: It can open some nasty legal issues.

That is one of very short list of complaints I have with Western society. We as a whole are far too litigious.

How about a "Wall of Fame" instead of "Shame?"
We list all the good, reputable, and reliable online stores and sellers.
That will be a good incentive for folks to want to make it to that list and have free advertising.

Just throwing out ideas...

Actually I did do that yesterday. I dont think it went through though because the dispute screen kept reloading. They dont send a confirmation email or anything so I dont know if it worked.
