This algae has been showing up in my tank recently. I run a 20 gallon tank, 48 watts of t5 lighting, injected co2 and fertilize with aquariumfertilizer.com's Macro Micro Nutrient Mix.

I also run a UV sterilizer 24/7 that I initially installed to combat green water.

This algae (bacteria?) grows in a kind of slimy blob that can be found on the substrate and on plant leaves.

I appreciate any help you can offer.
