Are there such things as low tech carpeting plants?

810 3
I have a AquaOne 130L tank, 2 HOB filters, average LED light. (part of the package when I bought the 130L tank), no Co2, I think I'm going to change my substrate to Seachem Flourite (I will sprinkle a layer of Osmocote plus before covering it with flourite).

So are there any type of carpeting plants that I can grow in average light+no Co2, no canister filter setup?

pearlweed trimmed short or s. repens aren't very demanding.
I've carpeted both in a medium light no co2 tank.

Hairgrass will grow fine in low tech, just slower.

I've also gotten some nice results with downoi in a no co2 HOB tank, but it also had a dirt substrate.

Marselia species work very well. I've only kept Minuta myself, but all it needs is low-high light and root ferts (O+ works very well). Excel or CO2 would help it grow faster, but it doesn't need it. It turns into a monster when emersed, 5" tall and can even grow outdoors (and overwinter here), but under water, it stays a nice 1/2"-1" tall and spreads predictably
