Something with decent par and spectrum that doesn't cost as much as a Prime or Kessil?
What size tank (L X W X H) and what are your goals?

The Lominie is great on paper and I've seen it before, but there's a bunch of reviews about it catching on fire.

I've also had a Kessil catch on fire/burn out. Along with an ADA fixture that cost probably 15 times as much. Sometimes it's user error. Sometimes it's a faulty component that needs to be replaced. Sometimes it's a home's electrical system. It's usually possible to figure out where a particular issue exists and take steps to mitigate potential problems with it.

You have to put in a bit of effort to figure out what will work best for you, as much as that sucks. As well as put in effort to discern why people may complain about a specific fixture. How are they using it? What are they doing that could be problematic? Is it just one seller? Are the reviews targeted from competitors? Are the reviews reliable or do they contain any supporting information? What happens with the fixtures that catch on fire?

But @jeffkrol's question about the specific dimensions of your tank - along with your goals - are the only way to determine what may work well for you. Without that information, it's nearly impossible to offer reliable recommendations.
