aquatop red devil filter ?

Has anyone used aquatop filters or currently using this brand? I'm looking for a filter for my 10g. I want something that has good flow and doesn't slow down after a couple weeks. I clean my filter about every 4 weeks. Any comments are welcome. Thanks
