AquaticMagic Regulator and Solenoid playing up

Hi,
i just purchased a co2 regulator and solenoid of Aquaticmagic. I set the needle valve to 2-3 bubbles per second and when i turn it back on it makes a click noise but there are no bubbles coming out of the bubble counter. Then sometimes i turn it on and it pumps way to much co2 out. How do i fix this problem. Is the solenoid sticking maybe. Any idears????? Has anyone else got this brand of regulator and solenoid that can help me. Im very dissapointed at the moment with this product as it isnt working propley yet.

what you mean by that
I've bought from them with no problems. Of course it was diffusers and plants and not a regulator.

Contact Mike and see what he says. Maybe he can send you a replacement? Or if you can, get a refund and then buy a JBJ/Milwaukee/Rex regulator.

That's happened to me where I've had to adjust the needle valve several times, but it usually happened if the tank was getting low. Is yours full?
speaking of aquatic magic...

although i'm happy with teh products i received, just yesterday my 500 gram co2 bottle ran out. thankfully my ada co2 kit for my smaller aquarium arrived today, so at the moment that's injecting co2 into my bigger tank...

did a soapy water test to see if there was a leak..and to my surprise, the check valve was faulty and leaking co2!!! good thing i had a spare check valve...
