I'm using ADA aquasoil in a few of my tanks without CO2, I know that this lowers the PH to about 6.9-7.0 in my tanks which is where my other non-aquasoil run at with CO2. So do I need to add CO2 to the aquasoil tanks seeing as the PH is already where I want it to be?

CO2 is added for the sake of providing carbon more than it is to achieve any number in terms of pH. If you've got a decent amount of light, you'll want enough CO2 to keep carbon non-limiting as a nutrient.
