Is anyone using their aquarium lights for terrestial plants (meyer lemon, cactus, violets, pitcher plants)?

Recommend using a freshwater(6700K & daylight) or saltwater (10K & daylight) setup?

An aquarium light will typically be 24 inches from the plants, or less. How would a 4 foot long by 6 inches wide aquarium light be able to light up a lemon tree from 24 inches away?
