I bought an aquaclear 10-30 off of ebay, and I just tried it on my tank. It supposedly has adjustable settings, and it does, but I'm not sure what settings to set it too. Does anyone have this pump?

What settings should I put it on for a ten gallon?

How you use flow in a tank is dependent on a number of factors.
1) Type of fish.
2) Proximity of pump to plants.
3) Proximity of pump to the filter system.

Perhaps if you posted a photo of your tank and gave us some more info you'd get more responses.
1) Zebra Danios
2) Not densely planted
3) HOB Filter
4) Tank size 10 gallon

I simply want to know if the largest numbers on the disc indicate a larger output or if the smaller numbers = a larger output.

There's a scale of 1-9.

You say you tried it out on your tank. Turn it up to nine then down to one. What difference did you notice?

I have a few AC 50's and AC70. The AC50 has a yellow sweeper arm that has a little plus sign towards one direction, slide it that way and it increases flow. I do not have a AC30 but I would guess it is similar.
