Not without an adapter. the advantage series has .75" barbs while the ecco has .48 - .63" hosing. I'm not sure if the Eheim comes with adapters for .75" tubing.

The 9w or 18w Coralife turbo-twist will work with he Eheim Ecco tubing. Not the 36w.
