I like these lights. The app is cumbersome, but the features are outstanding.
Well, I bought two to put over my new/repurposed Geophagus tank. I know it's overkill, but trying to grow some Buce, moss and Sag's.
I have them together in a group so they should both have the same spectrum and intensity. Well they didn't.
I contacted customer support and after a couple email
exchanges and pictures they said to get it exchanged for a new one.

Well, I'm thinking crap, I will be without a light for two weeks during the exchange, I'm not sure which one is not the right spectrum etc.

Called them this morning, they have an exchange program. You give them a credit card #, they charge it $1.00 non-refundable and they send you a new light. That way you are not out a light, you can pair it with the one that it matches and then return the one with a prepaid shipping label.

I hate when expensive things don't work right, but this exchange program made it as painless as possible. Way to go AI!

depending on what platform you use apple vs android, you may like the mobius app better than the AI app. I prefer it over the AI app. I've used both on either platform (both personally and on client tanks), mobius is more refined IMO

its the app originally developed for Ecotech products, and since AI is under the same umbrella, they brought those products under mobius as well

I downloaded it and recognized the infinity logo. It found my lights. So now just have to play.
