I have a 12 gallon long that is 35.4" wide... I was wondering if anyone have used this stand horizontally to place a large tank on it?

Wonder if it would hold and if the top portion is flat...

Any thoughts?

Seems like the cheapest stand I can get for such a small tank

The link doesnt work for me. Initially I was going to say you should not attempt to use a stand horizontally (and then get into how it was designed to be used one way, and probably couldn't hold weight the other way); but then I found what I think is the same stand you're talking about?....https://www.amazon.com/Fluval-Nano-Stand-Natural-35-Inch/dp/B0069ZVA0Y

It specifically states it can be used horizontally or vertically so I think it should work in theory. However, the reviews are subpar at best. Seems to be made of particle board (as are most commercially sourced stands unfortunately) and easily swells. So "caveat emptor" comes to mind here.
Yes that is the exact stand.. :/

Hmmmmm judging from pics i think the horizontal service is uneven
