Just no winning, eh? :angryfire
Not correct at all. In fact MOST overnight live fish deliveries are done via fedex because they'll guarantee delivery by 10:30am. Only once has fedex missed the 10:30 mark with me, and I called 5 minutes after and the package was delivered 10 minutes later when I explained it was a live package and fragile. Driver rerouted for mei think i read somewhere that fed ex does not accept live fish
That's hilarious thenI think i got that info from the fed ex website "vLive Animals
FedEx does not accept live animal shipments as part of its regularly scheduled service. Live animals will be accepted when the shipment is coordinated and approved by the FedEx Live Animal Desk. Acceptable shipments include, but are not limited to, zoo animals (to and from zoo locations only) and horses (from gateway to gateway locations only). Household pets, such as domestic cats and dogs, and live fish are not accepted. For more information, contact the FedEx Live Animal Desk at 1.800.405.9052."
Best best is to call them
About $115,000 for a live elephant though...Okay, I can't help but wonder how much it costs to ship a horse via FedEx. LOL Hope you get an answer, Soothing. It might be a great way to ship the shrimp. And it's got to be cheaper than shipping a horse.
Yep the more you ship with them the larger the discounts. Those discounts are based on the volume you are shipping right?
