I've been seeing these guys for a while now. I've only seen them on the glass but they are likely everywhere. They are not bothering me in the slightest and are likely helping break down algae and detritus. They look like super miniature versions of a stomatella snail in saltwater. These guys are the size of a pin head.
Super close up, as close as I can get with my phone camera. You can see a mouth on the left. It was moving its mouth just like I've seen snails do in my saltwater reef.
You can see three in frame here, two on the left and one on the right. Again, they are super small.
