Like what flat materials to use as a background specifically.

not sure what you are exactly asking for but looks like its sides are just wood, possibly treated to water proof it.

+1 looks like a homemade wooden aquarium, I think there were some folks on here that had entire build threads. Basically just treated wood.

Sorry to disagree but its an all glass tank. They just painted the sides with concrete. Like a diy 3d backround. Iv seen that b4. Just my $0.02 hope it helps
