I have endlers breeding like crazy at the moment with a lot of little fry. I use the DIY plastic bottle trap (1 liter coke bottle cut in half/reversed) to catch the adults. It's a very effective trap, recently I managed to trap an entire tank of 60+ endler adults in just three loads. However fry either do not go in or they are small enough they come back out and it is not effective for catching them. Curious if anyone uses or knows of an unattended trap (e.g. drop it in the tank and come back later) that is specialized for very small fish/fry.

Only thing I can think of would be a Vossen larval trap, but those are more for saltwater larvae than freshwater fry...

Most traps I'm aware of involve trapping the female and letting her drop her brood in a fry growout tank, not trapping the fry....
