Well I can say at this point I think the customer service SUCKS. I ordered these lights on 8/7/07 and the website said they had them in stock. I recived an e-mail 3 days later saying "Sorry but we are out of stock, and we will ship when we get them" I replied saying that I would like an ETA and I think they should upgrade my shipping as the website didn't reflect what was in stock. The said they would not upgrade and that they would have the bulbs to me by the 23rd at the latest.
I sent an e-mail on the 20th asking if that ETA was still valid as if it wasn't I would like my money back - no response
I sent another e-mail today and they said they don't have any idea when they will ship, but we are past the time limet for refunds, which is completely retarded since they have never shipped me anything. I have contacted them via phone, however they offices were closed. This is NOT what I consider good customer service.
