Any1 use Finnex Light?

I bought a "ML-2036: 20.35" 36W compact fluorescent fixture w/ 1 daylight bulb" not to long ago. I have probably been using it for 2-3 weeks. All the sudden, 2 days ago the light i guess burns out? It smelled like burning plastic and the light wont turn on any more.

Has anyone had this experience with this light?
