I actually like making the trip to thatpetplace in Lancaster. They have some really decent plants. It’s a bit of a ride but worth it. Locally, there really isn’t any (my opinion) sometimes if you are lucky you can get decent plants if they just arrived in the lfs’s but it’s still hit or miss.

Premium Aquatics in Newark is a nice fish shop. They recently expanded their selection of plants--still not a huge selection.
