pH range: 6.0 - 7.5
Temperature range: 22 - 28C
Water hardness: 100 - 200 ppm
Availability: Occasionally seen
Propagation: Rhizome cuttings. Do not plant rhizome below substrate
Habitat: Tropical West Africa

Leaves grow on a robust rhizome first erect and later creeping.Requires a deep substrate; is slow growing. [FNZAS.ORG]

Anyone has experienced with this species? :D Thanks

I have not grown one myself,but I saw a plant that looked just like that 3 foot round 18 inches high. It's a BIG plant when happy. From what I know it needs rich substrate and moderate light.

Love it!!

I've got to pay a visit to Jef and steal that big anubias for my tanks/next pond :icon_mrgr

So.. how do you find that anubias be?
In terms of growth, care, etc compared to fellow anubias?

Unfortunately, they grow extremely slow. (much slower than regular Anubias barteri). The care is not different from any Anubias sp. :D
