Hello,
I'm putting together a 1 gallon shrimp cube. I basically have it all set up without the shrimp, but I'm thinking of putting it on the top shelf of my garden window. The problem is that this time of year it gets direct sunlight for a good portion of the day (my orchids are kind of protesting about it right now). Right now the only plants are anubias nana and what seems to be the "petite" variety of anubias nana. The regular-sized anubias has some of its leaves above the water. Will this plant have trouble with the direct sunlight for most of the day?

Ok, thanks.
Yeah, the algae I guess would be my main concern. I have a 10 gallon tank near that window and it's overrun with blue-green algae because it gets some direct sunlight this time of year. :confused1:
Hmmm... I'll have to think of another place.
