I'm running a 7g planted nano tank.

I noticed this brown hair growing underneath one anubia leave - is this roots or what?

Thats not an anubias its Java fern, possibly Microsorum pteropus Trident or Microsorum pteropus

Right, my bad.

So, should I do anything at this stage?

Personally I would say its fine to be left usually a sign it is healthy

Just let it do its thing! When the babies are fully grown plantlets you can remove them gently and replant where you want

Also I find glue the best method to attach these plantlets to wood or rock as they are so small
