Another tank for the trimmings???

Do you all have another tank for the plant trimmings? My Ludwiga reopens are growing too fast. I have to trim them every 8 day. Otherwise, they are growing across the tank surface. I could sell them but I am trying to avoid the hassle of shipping them out. I could put them in a smaller tank but obviously the lighting and fert conditions won't be the same as my main display tank. I fear that would cause the lower, older leaves to die.

If you do not sell/RAOK/LFS/compost it, no number of tanks will save you.

You should setup a pond outside and throw all of your plants into it. After a while you can have a near unlimited source of plants to harvest from it.
