Looks like a dragonfly larva. They'll prey on fish and can take some that are about their same size.

Net it, then treat it like you would other insects that you don't want in your home. I know what I'd do with it but your level of savagery may differ. I dump loads of them when I clean the mulm out of my pond filter.

Actually looks like a damselfly.... but yes, remove from tank. Eats anything that moves.

Predatory insect larvae. Very dangerous to have with fish or inverts. Net the little bastard and remove it from your home.
