Angelfish haemorrhage?

It's not pretty. One of my young angelfish looks like some of his insides have come out his rectum (for want of a more elegant description).

I'm guessing it could be a result of overfeeding - this one is very aggressive and tends to feed much more heavily than the others - but I don't really know.

Has anyone seen this before? What's the prognosis?

I'll just isolate the guy in a breeding net and starve him for a few days.
