Anacharis not doing well!

I didn't even know this was possible! I just set up my 90g planted tank this past Monday evening. Running two 48 inch T5HO, sand substrate with root tabs, EI dosing, and CO2 with drop checker. pH 6.8, nitrate ~20, nitrite 0, ammonia 0.25. The only real problem I can potential find is that the temp is around 85. I don't let my apartment get higher then 80, but the tanks always sit warmer. Oh yea the T5HO are raised about 4 inches off the top of the tank and are run for 8 hours. Thanks
